1.      What is Lamp for Laser?

Lamp for Laser is a global supplier of premium flash lamps for aesthetic and medical laser systems. Since 2025, we have provided high-quality, original lamps for top brands like Candela, Cynosure, Deka, Quanta System, Lumenis, Zimmer, and more.

2.      Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping for a flat rate of $70 USD for all items. Note: The max shipping weight is 7lb.

3.      What are your shipping options and costs?

Orders placed by 12 PM EST are processed the same business day. FedEx delivers Monday–Saturday.

4.      Are there customs duties or taxes?

Yes, each customer is responsible for any customs duty or tax applicable in their country. Lamp for Laser is not responsible for these charges.

5.      What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 8 days of your order if the item is in unused, original condition with unopened packaging. Optics products are non-returnable.

6.      How do I request a refund?

·         Contact us at Sales@lamp4laser.com.

·         Refunds are processed within 8 business days after item inspection.

·         Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or sent in error.

 

7.      Are electronics returnable?

Yes, electronics can be returned within 14 days under the same condition requirements as other products.

8.      How do I place an order?

 Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You’ll enter your shipping and payment details, confirm the order, and receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

9.      What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit cards and eGift Certificates. Payment is processed securely, and credit card numbers are not stored.

10.  Can I edit my order after placing it?

No. Once your order is submitted and confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

11.  How do I track my order?

After shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check the Order Status & History in your account.

12.  Is my personal information safe?

Absolutely. We do not sell or rent your personal data. Our Safe Shopping Guarantee protects all transactions.
