Shipping policy
If the item you've ordered arrives with visible damage during transit, please get in touch with our customer service team promptly. Make sure to retain the original packaging and all packing materials for carrier inspection. In some cases, we may request photographs of the damage.
Upon reaching out to customer service, an investigation will be initiated to ascertain whether the damage occurred before or during the item's delivery. If confirmed, a replacement for the damaged item will be dispatched to you at the earliest convenience.
Before taking any action, such as returning or refusing delivery of a damaged item, please contact Lamps 4 Laser first. Doing so without prior communication may impede the process of obtaining a replacement or a refund for the affected item.
